MARANA, ARIZONA – Ina Capital Development, a joint venture between John C. Buette and Andrew J. Robbins, represented by Boss Capital Development, LLC, sold two prime freeway proximal retail parcels near Ina Road and I-10 to Phoenix-based DP Land Holdings IX, LLC, dba Lifted Trucks, a leading custom truck dealership.
The properties, formerly occupied by Enterprise Rental Car and Waffle House, are located at the southeast corner of the newly redeveloped Ina & I-10 interchange, a $128 million improvement project. Together, the two retail sites comprise 2.23 acres (approximately 100,000 square feet) of retail-zoned land with a 3,672-square-foot turn-key building. The addresses are 4601 W. Ina Road and 4545 W. Ina Road.
This transaction marks the first Lifted Trucks location in metro Tucson. The company, which specializes in custom lifted trucks, SUVs, and off-road vehicles, reported $200 million in sales last year across its four Phoenix-area locations.
